| The System of Auction Agent Service was established to benefit our customers
who visited Japan often and bought vehicles from our company. Through this system, our customers saved on air travel and hotel costs
in Japan by placing their orders direct with us, we then bought vehicle
at reasonable prices direct from Japanese Auto Auctions.
This system benefited our past customers by giving them the benefit of
buying vehicles direct from Japan without having to travel to Japan. We
will be pleased to offer this service to you our New Customers.

Grade 8: under 1,000km done:In excellent condition, as new, no dents or scratches.
Grade 7: under 5,000km done:In the excellent condition, as new, no dents or scratches.
Grade 6: under 10,000km done:In good condition, almost no dents or scratches.
Grade 5: under 30,000km done:In good condition, there are few or slight dents
and scratches.
Grade 4: under 70,000km done:In good working condition and it is in average condition,
there are some
dents or scratches requiring repairs,
Grade 3.5: under 70,000km done:There are no mechanical problems, but requiring repairs
for
core-support,
back-panel, step, quarter panel, etc.
Grade 3: under 100,000km done:Requiring repairs for mechanical parts and faded
color, or already fixed.
Grade 2: below normal condition.
Grade 1: in bad working condition.
Grade 0: Accident car, damaged car.

*Dump 10T class
or Heavy Machinery or Bus over 6300cc....JP100,000Yen
(Our commission includes: Register as the Export Documentation fee and Documentation fee, and storage for 3 weeks at port or our yard. (Following Extra costs are not included: Japanese Recycle fee, all
way of Transport to Port yard or our Yard, Custom Clearance Fee, Port Service
Charge, Ocean Freight to your port, Extra Storage over 3weeks, all Container
Service fees, Special Inspection fee etc.)

| Shipment and Final Documentation |

*Shipment : We offer the service of booking vessel, and ship your
vehicle by the earliest vessel.
*After shipment : We send you the B/L copy by fax. You then clear the balance
if you have it. After which, we send you the Original B/L with final documents
by EMS/UPS/DHL.
