How to order the Vehicle.

Step1: You may give us your requested vehicle' REF.NO: or information as follows: Car Maker, Car Name, Model Number, Year of Manufacture, Fuel Type, Displacement, Type of transmission, and Port of Discharge. Step2: We quote a price C.I.F. to your port. Step3 You provide us with Consignee name, address and his/her contact.  Step4: We send the Invoice by fax to you. Step5: You then remit C.& F. amount by T.T.R. (Telegraphic Transfer Remittance). Step6: We start shipping preparation of your vehicle(s). We send you the Shipping Notice by e-mail as soon as we get Booking Number from our  shipping agent. Step7: If your vehicle should require certain inspections: (e.g. JAAI/OMIC/SGS/Intertek), we will contact the offices and arrange these inspections. Step8: After the vessel sails, the B/L will be issued to us within two days. The B/L will then be sent to you by fax.The Original B/L, Final Invoice,Japanese Export Certificate (translated into English), and Inspection Certificate/Report will be sent to you by EMS, UPS or DHL.

1. How much do I pay in total? Prices of stock list are F.O.B.; which means <Free on Board>. F.O.B. This price does not include Ocean Freight, Insurance and Special Inspection Fees. Included in our free Services are: Documentation Fee, Custom Clearance Fee and Port Service Charge. We quote C.&F. or C.I.F. when requested as per your Port of Discharge. 2. How many vehicles can be contained in 20ft Container? We arrange shipment on Container basis if requested. 20ft and 40ft Container shipment will be quoted according to the units. In the case of Containers, we will estimate extra charges as follows: (Vanning Charge, Drage Fee, Ocean Freight and Terminal Handling Charges. If not by Container, we ship by Ro Ro Line ( PCC). 3. How Do I get to know the condition of my Vehicle before shipping is made? We send you information for your Vehicle Condition as in the Label of Auction Grade. Please see the Auction Grade List; Grade is from Point 1 to Point 8. 4. What payment terms and condition do you accept? We only accept advance payment by T.T.R. We do not accept Bank Cheque, Credit Card, and L/C.
